He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Andalas University and a Master of Laws degree from Jaya Baya University. Throughout his career, he has consistently focused on Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management. He began his professional career as Corporate Legal Department Head at Serasi Autoraya Group, an affiliated group of companies of PT Astra International Tbk, from 1996 to 2007. From 2007 to 2011, he served as Head of Legal & Compliance at Allianz Indonesia (Life & General Insurance). From 2011 to 2017, he held various positions within AXA Group entities in Indonesia, taking on several key and strategic roles in his areas of expertise, including Country Head of Legal & Compliance, Deputy Chairman & Member of the AXA Indonesia Joint Consultative Committees, Member of the Board Risk Committee of PT AXA Life Indonesia, Standing Invitee for the Local Risk Committee of AXA Indonesia, and Standing Invitee for the Management Audit & Compliance Committee at the country level.His career continued in mid-2017 when he joined PT Bhineka Life Indonesia as Chief of Legal, Compliance, Risk Management and Corporate Secretary, with his last position being Director of Compliance and Human Capital, which he held until July 2021.His professional career in Risk Management, Legal, and Compliance, as well as his experience in carrying out Corporate Secretary functions, continued consistently with his appointment as Director of Risk Management, Compliance and Corporate Secretary of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) on July 22, 2021, pursuant to a Copy of the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. SK-247/MBU/07/2021.On December 22, 2025, based on the Decision of the Board of Commissioners of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) No. KEP-08/DK-INDONESIARE/XII/2025, he was appointed as Acting President Director (Plt. Direktur Utama), concurrently serving as Director of Risk Management, Compliance, Human Resources, and Corporate Secretary.Effective August 3, 2026, based on the Decision of the Shareholders, he was appointed as President Director of PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero)*.Among the certifications he has obtained are the Insurance Risk Management Expert (AMRP) certification from the Association of Indonesian Insurance Management Experts (AAMAI), the Certified Risk Governance Professional (CRGP) certification from the Professional Risk Management Certification Institute (LSPMR), and the Competency Certification – Integrated Risk Governance Expert from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), through the Professional Risk Management Certification Institute (LSPMR).In the process of assessing capability and compliance or the Fit and Proper Test (FPT) conducted by OJK.
Born in Jambi in 1978, Adi Putra earned a Bachelor of Engineering (ST) majoring in Aviation Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2002 and continued his Master's degree at the University of Indonesia until he earned a Master of Science in Management (MSM) in 2011. Started his career in the reinsurance industry with ReINDO in 2003 through the 4th batch of Management Trainee program with his first placement as Facultative Marine staff (2004-2005), and continued his career in the field of general reinsurance engineering as Head of the Underwriting Section for 5 years (2007 - 2012 ) in the Sharia Reinsurance Division, then as Senior Underwriter in the General Reinsurance Facultative Division for 4 years (2012 - 2016). Further career experience in the claims field as a Senior Claim Analyst and Head of the Marine Claims Department for 6 years (2016 - 2022). His next career was as Legal, Compliance, and Risk management Division Head (2022), and currently Adi Putra has served as Indonesia Re Institute Division Head since 2023.With work experience in the reinsurance sector for more than 21 years, Adi Putra has professional certification in the general insurance sector, namely Indonesian Insurance Expert on Losses (AAI-K) in 2007 and Fellowship of Islamic Insurance Society (FIIS) in 2010. In 2022 he will receive certification in the field CRGP (Certified Risk Governance Professional) risk management.
